ALL drivers must pass the following classes before they are able to provide transportation with our company
- Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity (PASS)
- HIPAA Training
- CPR Training
- Handling Conflict and De-Escalation Skills
- They are all Certified Transit Specialist by NEMTAC (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Accreditation Commission)

Our mission is to provide transportation to non-emergency medical appointments for individuals that do not have that access. STR Transport Services, LLC is created as an NEMT, Non-Emergency Medical Transport company; however, we are also able to provide transportation in a “door to door†service to other services/appointments you need.
We are here to provide clients prompt and timely pick-up and delivery to and from their appointments. We ensure that our clients get to where they need to go, specializing in non-emergency medical transport in a safe, caring, and comfortable environment.
